Marine 'Omics

From bacteria to bivalves: genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics
Marine  'omics:  The study of the molecular mechanisms that underlie the interactions between marine populations and their environment.
I have been using molecular tools to study the marine environment since 2006. My current focus is proteomics, but I have experience in population genetics, metagenomics, and transcriptomics. I am a Research Scientist in the Nunn Lab at the University of Washington.
PhD (2014) University of Washington, School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences
MS (2007) Stanford University, Biological Sciences
BA (2006) Hamilton College, Biology & French
